Wrestling

Wrestling is a fairly generic term used to refer to a number of grappling arts. Most commonly, it is used to refer to Amateur / Olympic Styles:
- Freestyle Wrestling
- Greco-Roman Wrestling, including Pankration
- Folkstyle Wrestling (Also "American Folkstyle", not an Olympic Style)
It can also refer to Pro Wrestling shown as worked matches put on in "Sports Entertainment" instead of a legitmate sport.
Other forms of Wrestling include:
- Judo - A Japanese sport practiced with a gi
- Catch Wrestling - A western form of wrestling involving submissions, this developed into modern pro-wrestling but still exists as a legitimate martial art.
- Submission Grappling - A more modern sport based around submissions and influenced by Brazillian Jiujitsu.
- Brazillian Jiujitsu - Evolved from Judo to focus on ground work and submissions.
